I. General rules
1.1. These general conditions govern the use of the internet platform https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/, the software applications to it and the electronic services offered through them (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
1.2. The https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/ platform is maintained and managed by the Azbuki Sports Complex, with its registered office and management address in the city of Sofia, "Musagenitsa" Residential Complex, Arch Viktoria Angelova - Vinarova Street 1, entered in the Commercial Register at the Agency according to the entries with the EIK .
1.3. When using the internet platform https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/ and the services offered through it, a contractual relationship arises between the Service User and the Azbuki Sports Complex, therefore the User must be an adult according to Bulgarian legislation /over 18 years old/ and familiarize yourself carefully with these General Terms and Conditions.
1.4. The subject of these General Terms and Conditions are the services offered through the https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/ platform - making a reservation of accommodation by the User in the places of accommodation specified in the platform according to the conditions described in detail in each specific offer, as and booking additional services such as, but not limited to, transfer, meals, spa services, equipment rental.
1.5. In order to use the services offered through the https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/ platform, the User, by clicking with the mouse on the place designated for this, before finalizing any inquiry, reservation, should declare that he is familiar with and accepts the present General terms. The finalization of the reservation confirms that the User /together with all accompanying persons included in the reservation for the use of the same services/ is familiar with and has accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
1.6. These General Terms and Conditions are applicable regardless of the device, operating system, browser or protocol used by the User.
1.7. Through the https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/ platform, electronic services offered and maintained by third parties can be provided, pursuant to a contract concluded between them and Azbuki Sports Complex.
1.8. Any claims regarding reservations, payment, services, accommodation should be made no later than 30 days from the date of departure
II. Changes to the general conditions
2. Azbuki Sports Complex has the right to unilaterally change the content of these General Terms and Conditions. All changes reflected in these General Terms and Conditions enter into force immediately after their publication on https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/.
III. Provision of personal data
3.1 When using services through https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/, the User fills out the request/reservation form published on the site, in which he must provide the following personal data: name and surname, valid telephone number and valid email address, credit card details.
3.2 By sending a request for a personal offer, through the contact form or booking a room, the User gives his express consent to Azbuki Sports Complex to store and process the data provided by him, as well as may request consent to receive an electronic newsletter from https:/ /www.azbuki-sport.bg/ with news and events related to the destination and the platform, information on special offers, promotional games, etc.
IV. Conditions for ordering services and methods of payment
4.1. Every reservation through the https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/ platform will be considered an act of purchase of the relevant service - hotel accommodation and/or ski services, subject of this reservation.
4.2. For each reservation made through the contact form on the platform https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/ or via the link &bdquo ;Make a reservation“ The user receives the specific offer for the type and number of rooms booked in the selected accommodation, the price of the service, as well as the method of payment.
4.3. Before making the payment, the User can change the parameters of the requested services through the Internet address for changing any of the parameters of the requested services. It is the responsibility of the User to check his reservation and follow the compliance of all parameters requested by him, as well as to pay the price determined for the service within the terms and amount specified in the specific offer, as well as to choose one of the available payment methods (methods), specified below in these General Terms and Conditions.
4.4. With the payment method "Credit card" The prepayment amount will be announced during the reservation procedure. You enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields on the reservation form. This information is transmitted to the accommodation via secure communications on a secure server to ensure your booking. The property decides to hold or block this amount of money from your credit card, which is equivalent to the amount of the order. If the Accommodation is unable to complete the necessary transactions on Your Card to guarantee Your booking, Your booking may be canceled by the Accommodation. Please ensure that your credit card has not expired and that there are sufficient funds in your account to pay for the stay.
4.5. With payment method “Bank transfer“ : The prepayment amount will be announced during the booking procedure. Cashless transactions are available to legal entities and individuals. Payment must be made within 3 days of the act of booking. In the event that the requested services are not paid for within 72 hours of receiving the e-mail with the specific offer, it is considered withdrawn and the reservation made is automatically cancelled. Bank transfer cannot be paid for reservations made immediately before the date of travel, for which payment must be made at the time of booking.
4.6. The reservation can be paid by the customer in cash upon arrival at the accommodation (for offers where this type of payment is applicable).
4.7. After making the payment, a Confirmation of the reservation is received at the e-mail address entered by the User. An invoice for the payment made can be received by the User upon check-in /in original/ and /or sent to him by e-mail upon request.
V. Prices
5.1. The prices indicated on the platform https://astraea.bg/ are gross, including depending on the service 9% or 20% VAT, resort tax and insurance.
5.2. The total price payable by the User for the requested services is calculated depending on the number and type of services booked, the number of persons using them /adults and/or children/ and the current price offer for the relevant service. The prices do not include additional fees and services that are not mentioned in the specific reservation and that are due on the spot /if any/.
5.3. Azbuki Sports Complex reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on the https://www.azbuki-sport.bg/ platform, depending on the demand and the currently available vacancies. For already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.
5.4. Payment is made in Bulgarian leva according to the fixing of the BNB for the day.
VI. Reservation and accommodation.
6.1 Reservations and accommodation
6. 1.1 These General Terms and Conditions oblige Azbuki Sports Complex to secure the reservation requested and paid for by the User
6.1.2. The "Remarks" field in the reservation form is not mandatory for Azbuki Sports Complex, and all wishes of the User, filled in the field in question, will be satisfied only if possible.
6.1.3. For the purpose of the reservation, only persons under the age of 12 on the start date of using the services are considered children
6.1.4. In the event that extraordinary circumstances require ABC Sports Complex to cancel an accommodation reservation requested and paid for by the User, ABC Sports Complex notifies the User immediately and the User has the right to choose one of the following alternatives:
a) to accept accommodation in a hotel of the same or higher category, and in case of impossibility and accommodation in an object of a lower category, to be reimbursed the difference between the paid service and the actual price;
b) to request a refund of the amount paid, under the conditions and terms defined below.
c) to use the paid amount for another accommodation period within a period determined by the company. When accepting this type of compensation, subsequent changes are not possible.
VII.Cancellations and changes.
7.1. Requests for the cancellation of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail to sportscentre@rugbyschool.net
7.2. In case of cancellation by the User or in case of no-show:
For standard bookingswhere no deposit is required - free cancellation - no penalty
For bookings with a prepayment requirement -100% of the amount due and/or transferred deposit will be charged as a penalty. For certain bookings, the accommodation may offer to use the amount paid for another period of accommodation within a certain time. Once a voucher has been issued for the use of a paid amount, no refund requests can be made.
During the booking procedure, please read the booking conditions, special offer rules, as well as the cancellation conditions, which are indicated on the web page, in the booking form and/or booking confirmation.
7.3. In case of cancellation by the Azbuki Sports Complex, the amount paid by the user is refunded after a written request by e-mail to the address: sportscentre@rugbyschool.net, submitted no later than 30 days after the date of accommodation.The application must contain: name and surname of the User, reservation number, date and type of payment. The amount will be refunded in the manner and to the account from which the payment was made within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the written request
7.4. Changes to paid bookings
7.4.1. Requests to change the parameters of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail to the address sportscentre@rugbyschool.net . not later than 30 days from the date of accommodation.
7.4.2. The https://astraea.bg/ team will do its best to satisfy the User's requests to change a paid reservation, but does not guarantee that it will be done. Changes to paid reservations are made only if possible and are only valid after receiving written confirmation from side of the place of accommodation at the email address specified by the User.
7.4.3. When changing to a paid reservation, changes in the price of the reservation may occur, according to the new conditions. In this case, the change in the reservation is valid after making an additional payment by the User.
7.4.4. In the event of a change in the parameters of paid reservations made immediately before the start date of provision of the reserved service, when the cancellation period has expired, the changes may be equated to cancellation and the User may be charged the corresponding penalties.
7.4.5. In all cases of cancellation/change, regardless of which party, after the expiration of a 30-day period without objections, the parties are considered satisfied and changes, compensations cannot be made and are not owed.
